Policy

To protect you from odd dye lots, odors, or allergens, yarn may not be returned. We want to be sure that each skein you get has come direct from our dye studio to you. Full priced items other than yarn may be exchanged for shop credit if The Drunken Sheep yarn Co. receives the item within 2 weeks of when you received the item. Curated boxes are not eligible for returns

To be eligible for an exchange, there must be proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale when we here at Drunken Sheep receive it. Shop credit will be for the items purchased and not inclusive of shipping. We recommend insuring your package as we cannot credit returns for items that do not arrive.

If you are requesting to cancel an order, within two hours of your order and we have not wound your yarn and it has not yet reached our Fulfillment sheep we will issue you a shop credit for your whole order. (We incur quite a few non-refundable fees from our merchant services as soon as your order is placed)
